There are rumors that this person took pictures, not sure how true this is but if they post them on the net he/she will be found! Often times someone's who does this to animals graduate to abusing or killing people, just like that horrid person here in Canada who killed kittens and put the video online and then killed the young Asian student. We need stricter laws for animal abuse.
