I'm amazed at the list I have put together just so when the weekend comes I'm ready and not stressing.
1) Get my nephew ready to deliver Motorhome and set it up for my group.
2) Get pickup ready with brake system to tow the horse trailer (put that off too long).
3) Remind everyone in group to put in for that weekend off so there are no oops. One of us will be there at all times to watch over horses, stalls and motorhome.
4) Which brings us to each one of us will need to care for those we have left behind at home.
5) Convince Jimmy this will be fun even for an old guy like him.
6) Make another list of items I need to pack to take with to the show. Good thing is the trailer has a front walk thru tack room so plenty of hay hauling inside plus room for tack and such to get it there.
7) Decide on outfit should I decide to actually go into the arena and show Jimmy myself. This will include warm woolies under clothing just in case it's another really cold weekend out there.
8) Put together grocery list as we can nuke our food and save lots from eating in the restaurant on site.
Has anyone else started their list. Basically I'm going just for fun, my daughter is going out with us and so is Erin from Mooreacres and I believe a friend is also going with us.
