Have you noticed something while shopping?

I don't know why this is but seems that this year, there are still no Christmas decorations out yet in a lot of the stores! YAY! :aktion033: :aktion033: :aktion033:

I always had such a fit that things were being put out way too early.

A couple of years ago Walmart had their Christmas department up by I swear to you it was September!!!!!!!

This year, they don't have anything Christmasy up yet. It's all still Halloween stuff in their seasonal department.

Thank heavens.

Even the stores in town don't have anything up yet either.

I'm elated.

You guys seen anything yet?

I also usually recieve all kinds of catalogs in the mail too by now but not this year.

I like it.

Oh I like it better where you are. Ours have been out for over a month already! Yuck!!!! I refuse to buy any though just on point alone.

The Wal-Marts up here are starting to put there stuff out :aktion033: .Fleet Farm opened TOYLAND last weekend, and has all the x-mas stuff out,

: Menards has the x-mas stuff out,

: but they still have there Halloween stuff too, Shopko has there x-mas stuff out-

: -gee, most of the stores in the mall have christmas stuff out or are in the process of putting it out,

I don't have a Mennards, Fleet Farm or Shopco.

and Walmart is understaffed. They can't get any help.

The Lowe's (handyman's home supply store of all things) had their Christmas decorations out in September. It always makes me sad to see those first Christmas decorations out because it reminds me of my dad who passed away a few days before Christmas 2004. Just reminds me that time of year is coming.

:no: Nope there is one isle in the back of oue walmart with x-mas stuff- but I am disappointed :lol: I got use to them having the stuff out already so we can plan our outdoor lighting projects :lol:

: :aktion033: Our Walmart has had Yule up for ages right there with Halloween, Dollar Tree Has decorations and paper. Come on folks the Christmas stock starts shipping late May, the stores only have so much stockroom space, stock :new_shocked: has to go somewhere.

Meh, they have had holiday stuff out since august around here.

I'm already sick of Christmas for this year and it isn't even Halloween yet. They are even showing commercials with Christmas music in them on our local TV stations.

Stores around here in Ocala are full of Chistmas stuff already. One reason in they get so much of it. I work for Walgreens and we started getting Christmas stuff in July. One reason it goes out so early is lack of room in the stockroom. We got another load yesterday 750 cases of just Christmas candy. We have already gotton well over 3000 cases of stuff for Chistmas. We just cannot keep that all in our stockroom.

The only reason mor is not out is we have to wait for the Halloween stuff to come down.

Our usual Walmart had a section of X-mas stuff out as soon as the Halloween stuff came out. It's slowly taking over from the Halloween stuff, and the main store now has more and more X-mas stuff too- like peppermint candy-shaped/colored floating candles, Santas, angel candle holders... etc

It annoys my family, though not so much me... I love this time of year ^.^ I just have no money to decorate with

I went to Giant TIger yesterday to get some fake cob webs to decorate my parents house with and me and my brother could not find them because there was so much christmas stuff out already. But then we found them and the day was saved :lol:

I hate it when they out out stuff so early as soon as christmas is over it will be valintines day stuff

Christmas stuff has been out for most of the last month around here....it just started a little bit at a time, but now pretty much every store has some in it! We don't have any commercials yet.....but I know they are just around the corner! I don't like seeing it out sooo much before Hallowe'en, but in saying that, I also already have my Christmas shopping done (AND I still have 3 more family member's birthdays coming up in November)!!!!! LMAO
