I think Biden/Powell are talking about a shift to Afghanistan!!!! Please be open minded and read the link and listen to the audio. I think in Powell's speech or interview I mean he talks about 4 or 5 other countries. Makes sense to me now because the U.S. has been saying that France, Spain, Germany, etc. etc. need to come together with the U.S. and go all together into Afghanistan in big numbers to get the job done.

Whether you agree or not, this is not the reason I posted this, I am posting because I think this is what is going to happen January 22, 23 - the surge to Afghanistan and the reason they are asking for you to stand with.... that is if Obama becomes President.

I just happened upon some other forums while doing some research.... This reason you posted was mentioned there by a few people along with several other reasons............ I won't list those reasons here but it does give you cause to pause & think about all the possibilities............ Just go googling but prepare to give your eyeballs a scare.

It further points out to me that those people who are against war or wanting the war to be over need to consider other reasons to pick a candidate. As I've said before, whoever is elected there will be war.

The bad guys are not going to go away because we change Presidents. They have their own agenda, regardless of who is in power here. They are just hoping we, and others, will weaken, so they can wreak havoc as they want to.....

As horrible as war is, I'm against the current war in Iraq, not against seeking out and destroying Al Queda and Bin Laden. I wish we had stayed in Afganistan in strength and finished the job. No matter where they are and who sent them into harm's way, I will always support the brave men and women of the US Military

Well I think Afghanistan is of utmost important if the U.S. government is truly serious about getting Bin Laden and you need someone who is going to do something soon. The longer the wait to go into Afghanistan and get a huge coalition to do the job the more possibility of an attack by them on many targets. JMHO. It's just a matter of time as well all know and not doing something about and keeping focus somewhere else isn't going to help anyone. McCain keeps talking about Iraq. Enough with Iraq, time to get moving and quickly.

I respect Collin Powell he is a 5 star General.

Remeber, Collin Powell was the General who led us in the Iraq war. Not so laong ago forgotten already?

He didn't save us from Iraq war and won't save us from socialism.

BTW Obama is endorsed also from Chavez, Castro and Ghadaffi
