I was noticing in the AMHA Mag that Little King Farm that this year their going to offer 'Open House Days'. It's all FREE and it's about where to go and learn more about breeding and foaling, care and magagement, showing, and conditioning, marketing, and advertising your new miniature horse endeavor.
They will have professionals from across the country join in teaching and sharing their expericences. Anyway, if anyone wants to know more about the schedule it's in the AMHA MAG this Feb/Mar issue and you can go on line to www.littlekingfarm.com to find more about it. All they ask for is an RSVP so they know how many people are coming. I wrote Robin from LKF about it and she wrote me back and asked me to spread the word. They're about 50 min within Louisville, KY airport. She said these events are for EVERYONE just not clients so everyone is welcome. If I can make it and it's not to close to a show I'm going to try and go too the April 4th one on breeding and Foaling Seminars, Stallion Presentation and Open House.
I remarked to her how neat I thought it was that someone stepped up to do this sorta thing. I really commened people who take the time out of their busy schedules to make time for others and pass their knowledge on and want to share it to make this industry better. We want it to grow and have new life and attract others into it and I think this is a great thing their doing. So please try to support it. Thanks for reading this, TJ
