This has been in our family for years its great and even great left over cold on a sandwich
never any left overs going to waste
Bread and pan fry minute steaks I make them 2 steaks thick the way they are sliced I usually just fold in half before breading to double the thickness instead of using 2
I serve with macaroni and cheese and stewed tomatoes
They actually taste like breaded veal cutlet... only better IMO and a lot cheaper
