I have gotten so tired of the way womens fashions are made. I am finding myself in the mens department. Their Tshirts are better, their sweatpants are better....better made, better fitting, better priced....so I just bought a load of mens clothes to wear around the house and to "play" in....

Are any of you ladies with me???

I'm with you! I think women's clothes here look really stupid. I'm not into the "frilly" look at all and that is all they have! I buy men's t-shirts all the time, sweats, and shoes. Mostly the shoes because they don't have women's I like that fit. The women's pants are about 4"-6" too short for me too. I HATE that. I don't like high waters, never have, never will

I get my shirts in the mens department most of the time. They fit me better in the shoulders and arms.

If I get a womens blouse that fits my arms and shoulders then the belly area is to big.

I hate tight shirts!!!!

Yep for a few years now! :aktion033: Walmart doesn't even carry lady sweats, you have to go to the mens dept for those!

I get alot of work shirts in the mens dept. They are better fitting on me.

NO, but I've been known to steal a few shirts here and there. Love the way they smell...y'know...when he's not here kinda thing.

Sometimes I'm stuck getting men's shoes or boots as my women's size 9 seems to be pretty popular so I go for the men's 7-7.5 and it ends up being pretty close.

Not all the time, but a whole lot, that's for sure, especially like you said, for T-shirts, and sweats (which are my normal 'uniform' anyway).

I haven't done it much but the only store around here is a Gap, and you know, being a girl who rejects shirts just because the cuffs are wavy, me and the Gap girls section don't exactly mesh.

 Yep in this house of 3 girls almost all sweats, and thermals can be found with ummm

Boxers are a big hit here as well

Oh goodness, how about the womens sweaters that wouldn't keep you warm in the middle of summer! Oh my goodness. I have the hardest time finding sweaters that will actually do the job sweaters are designed to do! UGH!!

I have bought mens sweaters more than once because they are at least warm. And how much sense does that make anyway since women tend to get colder easier to begin with?

Nice to know others buy in the men's section we've always found the mens sweats and socks and muck boots to hold up better then whats sold for women. And you gotta love the flannel shirts in winter

My husband just bought me pants in the mens' department as he is tired of me wearing his. They are better in length for me as I am tall and I don't think I have found a woman's shirt yet that has fit me as far as long sleeves. I have some 3 quarter sleeved shirt right now that really bug me as it feels like my shirts always do when they are from the womens' department so I end up pushing them up to my elbows. I also wear a man size western hat for my show classes.

Yep, when my hubby is low on clothes all he has to do is look in my dresser to find them. He has laid down he law that I cannot have his maroon sweater and ball cap but guess what I was wearing today

There hasn't been a man around for a long time for me to "borrow" from. But last year 3 friends came for a hunting trip and I was introduced to thermal socks.....OMG I LOVE those things. But ya sure can't find 'em in any women's department that I've been to. I've also found shopping in the boys department pays off. Not only are their clothes warmer and fit better, but they're also lots cheaper.

Youbetcha. When Daddy died, Mom was worried what she'd do with all his shirts cuz my brothers wouldn't want them..I grabbed them! It's like being wrapped in his arms when I wear those old soft flannels! I look in the ladies stuff in stores and I can never find anything I want! Give me roomy, comfort!

I do not shop in the mens depratment. Why should I when I can just steal stuff out of my husbands side of the closet? hehehe.

TOTALLY!!!

My first pair of blue jeans EVER were men's size 28 X32 and they were a perfect fit.

The boys always threatened to report me to TV's "What Not To Wear"

I especially go for the shoes because I have a wide foot and I can't get comfortable shoes in the woman's department.
