THANKSGIVING -- Whatcha Making?

Roasted, stuffed turkey, homemade mash potatoes,green bean casserole, corn pudding (sooooo good, like soft sweet buttery cornbread casserole) Carmelized sweet potatoes, corn, homemade rolls, homemade cranberry relish, mmmm, can't wait.

Dessert, pumpkin pie, probably an apple pie, chocolate cake with peanut butter icing and ganache, and A derby pie (pecan with chocolate). There will probably be between 15&20 of us, lots of helping hands.

Ahhhh! It's not too much longer before we make the "care packages" for our neighbors, and dig in ourselves. You gotta leave time for a nap! I hope it turned out well and this is a new tradition for at least three houses!!!
