This is what I have been up too...

Pen and Ink woodland stump with a water color pencil wash. Camera was washing out the color....is only 1/2 finished

Watercolor Pencil Donkey head.... 3/4 of the way finished

Garden Sketches..pen in Ink...Watercolor Pencil wash... Is two different ones..but wanted to save paper for practicing.

And Teddy Bears...same medium.

So this is what I am doing for the large majority of the day....keeps my mind off things.

Not sure if I am good enough to try doing someone's animals yet...but I will be healing a long time....so in a month or so..who knows.

I found it interesting that I really like doing the stump...just something peaceful about a woodisy scene I guess.

Also really liking doing pen and ink with the watercolor pencil wash.

Shari those are really good- take up the offer= do the donkeys- art is very therapeutic and the accomplishment will help your healing.

Im curious, what type of paper did you use for the watercolors? I've tried diffrent kinds and can't get the right one.
