Just keep watching her...........I had a foal who didn't need one until her 3rd day, she was fine until then. My vet has me use a wide tip syringe (60cc), mix half water and half lube (like KY jelly), then fill the syringe, give 30 cc's and then wait a couple minutes and then do the other 30 cc's.
