Thats what I would do...transfer him out ASAP...if he has written permission than he can switch anytime he'd like, I know thats the way it is here,
Also what I would say is, he will arraive for when he is playing then when he is done paying I will take him home!!!
That is really not fair and I can gurentee it if somthing like that happened here all heck would break loose for my dad (he is the superintendit(jees I done know how to spell that word LOL))
and that would taken care of right there!
I would think that your the legal gaurdian and you can do anything you want to do when it comes to his classes!
