Dogs and Horses are my favorite animals. I love my dogs with all my heart. They really are my babies. Horses are the stuff of my dreams as both a little girl and a grown up. The animals I'd most want to own are the ones laying on the bed with me now and milling around their paddocks out back

I have had so many different types of animals, I can't even list them all. From birds to rodents, horses, cows, goats, ferrets, raccoons, and of course dogs and cats. The only "exotic animals" I really had were the birds - a mollocun cockatoo - he was so cool, different types of conures and african greys. I consider my ferret as exotic since he was a true blackfoot and even my raccoon as exotic since it was an "odd" pet. I too love to look at the "exotic" wild animals, but don't think I'd ever want one. So I guess I've had everything I ever wanted and more. I have been very blessed to have so many animals in my life, they really have taught me compassion and love and have made me a better person.

A Show Miniature Mare. Yes Folks thats it haha. :bgrin No Fancy Exotic animals just a Miniture horse :bgrin

A Llama in my husbands herd. I would get rotten and spoiled

Llama is beautiful, elegant, colorful, clean, does't smell and inteligent/smart. They never have bad thoughts.

I too have had all kinds of animals throughout my life, but if I were to pick something 'exotic' that isn't the normal type of animal, it would be a giraffe. I just think they are the coolest animals (besides horses and cats and dogs of course).

A Bengal Tiger! I think they are so beautiful! But, of course, I would rather see them in the wild where they belong most of all!

Horses have been and always will be my most "wanted" (realistic) animal!!

Well honestly I dont think there is any animal I really want. I have what I want for the most part. If anything I would love to take the exotics away from some of the irresponsiable owners out there.

I don't really desire to own anything I don't already have or haven't already had.

I knew some people when I was younger that managed a wildlife park or safari park thing, and they had just about one of everything sometimes more. Amazing and awesome creatures, and it was great to get to interact with them and they were all very well cared for and loved, respected.

BUT: I just have no need to cage and contain the animals I find so intriguing and can't already have fairly easily.

That said, I wouldn't mind having a Raven again, but they are a lot of work and pretty obnoxious.

I love all my critters. I don't think I could ever not have a dog and a cat. Love my horses too. But I've always had a special spot for Tigers. A tech at work brought in pics of his tigers and it just blew me away....still have to get out there and see them! He has one that he raised from birth and it's like a big old kitty cat with him....you can just see how much she loves him.

Ok....a black panther and ...........a penguin!

:bgrin oh...and hubby would like a moose...

Someday I'll have one, too!!

I have always loved all animals, but horses were what I dreamed of ever since I could talk, I drove my poor parents crazy growing up. I was blessed to marry a man who loves animals like I do, and we have lots of other critters, but there are a few others I think would be really neat, though I agree most belong in the wild. I would like a little fallow deer, and I have always adored penguins, especially the tiny ones.

Not sure if this is spelled right, but I want a Wallabi. My dad's friend had one a long time ago. I also would like to have a zebra but I've heard that they can be really mean? Not sure if that is true or not.

Well I have be fortunate to have experienced all kinds of domestic and exotic animals. My husband raised exotic animals when I met him, We have had the following:

White & Orange Siberian & Bengal Tigers

Cougars, leapards, Lions, Bears....We have raised deer, we had an olive baboon, which I dearly loved.

If I could add one more thing to our home again out of all the exotics, It would be another primate....I really liked the little baboon, "Herbie" and he thought I was momma.

Although they have got to be the messiest animal there is too!haha

We no longer raise any exotics, but we still have our beloved miniature horses & donkeys, goats and our llama, and I wouldn't have it any other way!!!

Someday I will add another primate I am sure, I never thought I would like a baboon with the bare little bottoms but they are very neat and interesting!

Hmm, I had never thought about it. I think a Dolphin or Porpoise. Husband says an Orca. I could live in the water during warm weather and he is the same. That would be neat. Husband said it would be a good disposal system for door to door salespeople too lol

it has always been a horse, from i was able to walk and talk

people always told me i couldnt have a horse because i hadnt enough room to keep one and with the innocence of a child i said that i would keep it in my bedroom and they said that you wouldnt fit a horse into your bedroom

Now i have 9 minis and finally i have proved them wrong, you CAN fit a horse into your bedroom

of course it was always Black Beauty that i wanted, nearly have it to with a 15h horse that i also have

:saludando:

The Penguins are so cute. When I work for a hotel, we had Sea World stay at our hotel,

and bring two pengiuns to stay with us. They were so cute, Pete and Penny. The biggest

thing is they can not be on carpet at all. They have to be on tile, concrete or something like

it. They were in town to do interviews for TV. It was fun to see them up close.

The Dolphins, are also so awesome and fun. I work at Six Flags Over Texas when I was

younger and spent one Summer with the Dolphin Show. It was fun feeding them and playing

with after hours.

I know what I want so bad. Its the Spanish Andalusians from Spain. I am so in love with this breed.

They are so huge, so breath taking and so gentle and so expensive. It seems the ones I fall in love

with are always $75,000.00 and up. I know you can find them for $25,000.00 for Grey's and some bay's.

But the true Blacks are so high. I just spent my birthday watching their Nationals, and it was so awesome.

When I get the pictures done I will post some.

The other animal I always wanted was a monkey. But I don't see me ever getting one. Now the Andalusian

one day, just one day I will.
