Every mare is different and they can change in a heart beat Generally though, most of my mares get really thick and sticky right before foaling. However, I have had a couple go from only slightly bagged to foaling within a few hours.
I would give her banamine and diperone. Pull her feed give her lots of water and wait until she poops. Don't let her keep rolling. Walk her. Check her gums and make sure they are pink. Check her heart rate.

Yes....I would definitely keep checking her bag. If she starts bagging up I think that's your answer! But, rarely we have had a tricky mare that doesn't bag.
